Increases service of process fees in Baldwin County criminal division courts from $30 to $50 per document, effective October 1, 2024.

Increases service of process fees in Baldwin County civil division courts from $30 to $50 per document, effective October 1, 2024.

Establishes a $50 per document service of process fee for matters originating outside of Baldwin County.

Increases the amount retained by court officials from $3 to $5 per fee for circuit clerk operations and juror mileage reimbursement, with remaining funds deposited into the Sheriff's Service of Process Serving Fund.

Funds collected may be used by the sheriff for office operations, jail, equipment, facilities, salaries, training, and law enforcement enhancements, with funds not reverting to the county general fund at fiscal year end.
