Amends Section 45-2-230.03 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to increase the Baldwin County Sheriff's total compensation from $130,000 to $150,000 per year, effective June 1, 2024.

Changes the compensation structure so that commencing with the next term of office beginning after June 1, 2024, the sheriff receives an annual salary of $150,000 in lieu of all other compensation now provided by law.

Provides that any cost-of-living compensation adjustments granted to other employees of the Sheriff's office shall automatically apply to the sheriff's compensation starting with the next term of office.

Specifies that cost-of-living increases for the sheriff shall be disbursed as an expense allowance during the term of office, then converted to salary at the end of that term.

Becomes effective June 1, 2024.
