Authorizes the Cullman County Sheriff to establish procedures for using credit cards or debit cards to purchase tangible personal property and approved services.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies including individual purchase limits, monthly spending caps, access restrictions, record-keeping procedures, monthly bill reviews, and timely full payment to avoid fees.

Requires the sheriff to evaluate card providers based on annual fees, rewards programs, interest rates, service charges, late fees, and termination penalties.

Any rewards or rebates earned from card usage must be deposited into the Cullman County Sheriff's Office discretionary account.

Prohibits the sheriff from exceeding appropriated funds or establishing debt for the Cullman County Commission; becomes effective June 1, 2024.
