Creates the Agriculture Exhibition Center Corporation to operate the Alabama Farm Center for promoting agricultural education, business development, and workforce development in the state.

Establishes a five-member board of directors appointed by the Governor, Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, county commission, and Alabama Farmers Federation (two members), subject to Senate confirmation.

Authorizes the corporation to construct facilities including buildings, arenas, convention halls, hotels, food venues, educational facilities, and other structures on property it owns or acquires.

Exempts the corporation and its property from municipal ordinances, zoning regulations, and all state, county, and municipal taxes including sales, use, and ad valorem taxes.

Permits the corporation to allow alcohol consumption on center premises and authorizes counties and municipalities to sell or donate property and appropriate public funds to the corporation without voter approval.
