Increases the annual salary of the Sheriff of Houston County from $120,000 to $130,800, effective June 1, 2024.

Grants the sheriff the same uniform increases in compensation (including cost-of-living adjustments) provided to other county employees beginning June 1, 2024, with increases during a term paid as expense allowances and converted to salary at the next term.

Amends Section 45-35-70, Code of Alabama 1975, regarding compensation for Houston County elected officials.

Act becomes effective on June 1, 2024.
