Establishes an additional docket fee of $20 in juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in Houston County courts (juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal).

Assesses an additional $20 fee per case in all civil cases filed in small claims court, district court, or circuit court, including child support and domestic relations cases.

Distributes monthly collected fees as follows: $10 to the Houston County General Fund for county jail operations and $10 to the district attorney's office.

Specifies that these fees are in addition to all other fees or costs and cannot be waived or remitted unless all fees are waived.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2024.
