• Increases the service of process fee in Cleburne County from $20 to $75 for civil or criminal actions instituted outside Alabama, with funds deposited into the Sheriff's Department Law Enforcement Fund.

• Authorizes the Cleburne County Sheriff to operate a jail telephone system in addition to the existing jail store, with telephone system proceeds deposited into the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund separate from jail store proceeds.

• Raises pistol permit fees in Cleburne County from $10 to $20 for persons under 65 years of age and from $5 to $15 for persons 65 years or older, with all collected fees deposited into the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund.

• Requires the sheriff to provide the Cleburne County Commission with yearly reports due September 30 detailing all transactions, revenues, and expenditures from jail store and telephone system operations.
