Amends Section 45-22-190 of the Alabama Code to modify the Cullman County Legislative Delegation Fund provisions established in 2023.

Clarifies that the fund comprises additional three percent TVA in-lieu-of-taxes payments, proceeds from Section 35-8B-5, and any other monies provided by law.

Requires the Cullman County Legislative Delegation to expend fund monies on allowable public purposes based on the proportion of population each delegation member represents in the county.

Mandates that all fund decisions be made by resolutions adopted by delegation members and that unspent funds carry forward year-to-year without reversion to other purposes.

Requires annual audits of the legislative delegation office revenue and expenditures; effective June 1, 2024.
