Alters and extends the corporate boundary lines of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County to include 13 specifically-described parcels of land within city limits.

Parcels include property owned by Green Book Development, LLC; Reed; Fort Morgan Bayside, LLC; City of Gulf Shores; Doughty; Erdman; Fretwell; Malone; and McAleer, with detailed legal descriptions referencing deeds, plats, and PIN numbers.

Properties are located in the Shell Banks Subdivision and surrounding areas in Section 23, Township 9 South, Range 2 East, including portions along Mobile Bay and Collins Bayou.

Map showing proposed annexation territory is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama, per Section 11-42-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Act becomes effective on October 1, 2024.
