• Alters and extends the corporate boundary limits of the City of Brewton in Escambia County, Alabama by adding approximately 124.20 acres of additional territory.

• The new territory is defined by specific geographic coordinates and land markers in Township 3 North, Range 10 East, excluding the right-of-way limits of Old Castleberry Road (60-foot right-of-way).

• Excludes a 1.00-acre parcel described in Deed Book 265, Page 575 from the annexation.
