Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Morris in Jefferson County to include additional territory.

Adds a specific tract of land in Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 3 West, defined by metes and bounds measurements beginning at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter.

Requires a map showing the proposed territory alterations to be filed and available for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jefferson County, Alabama.

Becomes effective on June 1, 2024.
