Increases the base annual salary of the Judge of Probate of Elmore County from $98,000 to $120,000 per year, effective October 1, 2024.

Establishes tiered salary structure for Sheriff of Elmore County: $120,000 for new sheriffs, $130,000 for those with one prior full term, $140,000 for two prior terms, and $150,000 for three or more prior terms.

Increases the base annual salary of the Revenue Commissioner of Elmore County from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, effective October 1, 2024.

Allows the Judge of Probate, Sheriff, and Revenue Commissioner to receive cost-of-living and other salary increases granted to county employees as approved by the county commission.

Repeals Section 45-26-81 relating to the previous salary structure for the Judge of Probate and makes all changes effective October 1, 2024.
