Recognizes Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated on the occasion of the 32nd Annual Delta Day on March 21, 2024, at the Alabama State Capitol.

Acknowledges that the sorority has over 1,000 collegiate and alumnae chapters located internationally in the United States, England, Tokyo, Okinawa Japan, Germany, the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the Republic of Korea.

Notes that 39 collegiate and alumnae chapters operate in Alabama with over 3,500 members who engage in public service and advocacy for policy changes affecting their communities.

Commends the members for convening annually at the State Capitol to educate, advocate, and ensure their collective voices are heard under this year's theme "Taking a Stand by Taking Our Seats."

House passed the resolution on April 2, 2024, and the Senate adopted it on April 4, 2024.
