Commends Kappa Alpha Psi on its 113th anniversary, founded January 5, 1911, at Indiana University with over 150,000 members across 721 chapters.

Acknowledges the fraternity's fundamental purpose of "achievement in every field of human endeavor" and its five core objectives including community service, academic scholarship, and public interest.

Notes five members of Kappa Alpha Psi currently serving in the Alabama House of Representatives, including Ranking Minority Leader Anthony Daniels, House Black Caucus Chairman A.J. McCampbell, and Representatives Thomas Jackson, Patrick Sellers, and Travis Hendrix.
