Commends and congratulates the Glenwood School Lady Gators basketball team and coaching staff for winning the Alabama Independent School Association (AISA) Class 3A State Basketball Championship.

Team defeated Lee-Scott Academy 45-36 on February 9, 2024, at the Montgomery Multiplex, achieving their third championship in the past four years.

Head Coach Dusty Perdue and Assistant Coaches Matt Garner and J.J. Jackson led the program to an 18-game winning streak and 28-5 overall record.

Players Anna Grace Griggs, Halle Palmore, and Takayla Davis were named to the Class AAA All-Tournament Team.
