Commends Jimmy L. Jones of Horseshoe J Longhorns in Greenville, Alabama, on his induction into the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA) Hall of Fame on January 12, 2024.

Recognizes Jones as the first-ever Alabama resident inducted into the TLBAA Hall of Fame, established in 2016 to honor breeders with the greatest impact on the Texas Longhorn breed.

Notes that Jones also received the Elmer Parker Lifetime Achievement Award on the same evening for his dedication to preserving and promoting the Texas Longhorn breed.

The Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America was founded in 1964 as a nonprofit organization with more than 3,800 active members dedicated to protecting the breed's pedigree and educating the public.
