Encourages the Alabama Department of Transportation to designate the bridge on U.S. Highway Route 280 spanning Alabama State Highway Route 21 in Sylacauga as the Adam Russell and Marc Gann Memorial Bridge.

Honors Adam Russell and Marc Gann, who died on April 2, 2023, during a LifeSaver helicopter crash near County Road 43 and Mountain Oaks Drive in Shelby County while performing a lifesaving effort.

Marc Gann served more than 20 years in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot and Army Ranger before joining LifeSaver in 2007, and is survived by his wife Brenda and three children.

Adam Russell worked as a part-time firefighter for the Sylacauga Fire Department for more than 15 years and was a paramedic and registered nurse with LifeSaver, survived by his wife Tamara and three sons.

Department of Transportation is directed to coordinate with local governing officials and erect appropriate signs or markers in recognition of the memorial bridge designation, consistent with applicable requirements and laws.
