Recognizes Dr. O. Wendell Davis for 35 years of service as pastor of Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama.

Celebrates a recognition ceremony scheduled for April 21, 2024, at the church with the theme "Celebrating the Laborer that Dwells Among Us," featuring Pastor Leon Bell, Jr., leading worship and concluding with a fellowship luncheon.

Notes Dr. Davis is the third pastor in the church's 91-year history and has served in ministry for over 40 years since committing his life to Christ at age 24.

Highlights his accomplishments including acquiring 150 acres for a church complex at 315 Winchester Road, founding the Union Chapel Institute of Biblical Studies, establishing the Union Chapel Christian Academy, and overseeing construction of a Child Development Center and outdoor pavilion.
