Commends Daughter of Zion Ministries, Incorporated (DZM), a 501(c)(3) organization launched on November 9, 2019, for five years of service to Alabama.

DZM distributed over 300 food boxes with pandemic grants from Governor Kay Ivey and provided textbooks, school supplies, disinfecting products, masks, and financial assistance to underserved communities.

Organization provides winter blankets to nursing homes, coat drives for underprivileged youths, and benevolent assistance to single parents, the sick, homebound, widows, widowers, and the bereaved.

DZM has preached the Gospel throughout Huntsville, Madison, surrounding counties, and internationally; President and Founder Dr. Toni Savage published an article in 35 languages in the Upper Room Devotional in January 2020.

House of Representatives recognizes and commends DZM for dedicated service to residents in need of love, comfort, and hope, and extends best wishes for continued success.
