Declares the 40th anniversary of Mulberry Medical Associates as "Mulberry Medical Associates Day" in the State of Alabama.

Recognizes Mulberry Medical Associates, founded on May 5, 1984, by Dr. John Jernigan, for 40 years of dedicated community service in Internal Medicine to the Montgomery area.

Honors the organization's expansion in 1991 with Dr. Joel McCloud and Dr. Norman Taylor, and in 1998 with Dr. Leon Casals and Dr. Mary Casals, which made it the largest minority medical group in Alabama serving Endocrinology and Internal Medicine patients.

Acknowledges the organization's role as headquarters for the Special Coroner of Montgomery County since 2014 and its training of over 400 health care providers including nurses, nurse practitioners, medical students, and internal medicine residents.

Commends the physicians' dedication to patient care across multiple facilities including Jackson Hospital and Baptist Medical Center while serving diverse patient populations.
