Establishes a special order calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives for Wednesday, May 8, 2024 (the twenty-ninth legislative day).

Designates eight Senate bills as special and paramount order of business, taking precedence over regular order and pending business.

The prioritized bills address insurance fraud investigation powers (SB65), retirement benefits recovery (SB32), off-label medical treatment protections (SB72), qualified domestic relations filing fees (SB84), capital improvement districts (SB327), K-12 education employment (SB33), inland ports (SB60), emergency medical transport (SB199), and automated vehicles (SB226).

Excludes first readings on House bills and standing committee reports from the special order designation.
