Honors Graham L. Champion for winning the 2023 Outstanding Eagle Scout Award presented by the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA).

Recognizes Champion's youth scouting achievements including earning Eagle Scout rank on August 1, 1966, as a member of Troop 2, and serving as Lodge Adviser for Alibamu Lodge in 1989.

Acknowledges Champion's professional accomplishments as Principal of Public Strategies, LLC, a government affairs firm, and former Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for AmSouth Bank.

Commends Champion's extensive community service including serving as President of the Montgomery Rotary Club from 2019-2020 and leading efforts to raise funds for a monument at Tuskegee University commemorating their role in polio vaccine development.

Directs the House of Representatives to provide Champion with a copy of the resolution as an expression of admiration for his accomplishments and best wishes for continued success.
