Honors Henrietta Taylor for winning the 2023 Outstanding Conservation District Professional Award from the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD), making her only the second District Administrator Coordinator to receive this award.

Recognizes Taylor's role as Lawrence County Soil and Water District Administrator Coordinator, including managing conservation program applications and helping prioritize programs funded by the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), which brought over $5.4 million in economic impact to Lawrence County in 2023.
