Identifies Judge Isaac as the first Black female Judge of Probate in Greene County, elected countywide in 1988 and serving five terms from 1989 until her retirement in 2016.

Recognizes her leadership roles in the Alabama Probate Judges Association, including serving as Treasurer (2000-2001), Secretary (2002), and first Black President (2003), plus selection to the Probate Judges Advisory Council in 2015.

Notes her prior service as Probate Clerk under Judge William M. Branch from 1971 to 1989, which she credits as essential preparation for her judicial career.
