Dr. Kiki Scott Moore died on February 8, 2024, at age 46, leaving a void in her family and community.

Dr. Moore was born April 26, 1977, graduated from Jackson High School in 1995, and earned degrees from Talladega College, the United States Sports Academy, and Nova Southeastern University.

She served 22 years at Coastal Alabama Community College beginning in 2001, progressing from Educational Talent Search Specialist to Director of Student Support Services and Director of the Jackson and Thomasville Campuses.

Dr. Moore was a faithful member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, initiated in 1997 at Talladega College and later a charter member of the Alpha Beta Mu Omega Chapter in 2022.

The House of Representatives records her death with deep sadness and offers this resolution in tribute to her life and with sympathy to her family, including her husband Tavarus "T-Bob" Moore, whom she married on November 26, 2005.
