Honors David Cook, a Red Level native born February 7, 1960, who graduated from Red Level High School in 1978 and maintained lifelong ties to his hometown and the Pigeon Creek area.

Recognizes Cook's service as a maintenance technician with the Alabama Department of Transportation, his interests in hunting and fishing, and his religious dedication as a Deacon at Pigeon Creek Baptist Church and Family Life Ministry of Georgiana.
