Recognizes Dr. Hill's career as a physician, including his founding of a private family medical practice in 1981 and becoming the second Black medical doctor to practice in Tuscaloosa.

Notes Dr. Hill's education at Tennessee State University (B.S. 1968) and Meharry Medical College, as well as his prior service teaching science in Hale County from 1968-1973.
