Commends Cub Scout Pack 8 on attaining their 50th year of scouting in 2024.

Pack was founded in 1974 and is located in the Madison and Monrovia area of North Alabama in the Talakto District of the Greater Alabama Council.

Pack is sponsored by the Madison Optimist Club and operates 11 Dens organized by grade or age with activities centered on earning badges and ranks.

Pack has included girls since 2018 and emphasizes instilling good character, humility, and compassion as part of the Boy Scouts of America program.

Resolution offers best wishes to the Pack, Cub Scouts, Den Leaders, and volunteers for continued success in future years.
