• Designates March 7 annually as Tuskegee Airmen Day in Alabama to honor the first Black military fighter pilots in the United States Army Air Corps.

• Recognizes a special event on March 7, 2024, at Tuskegee University where the Tuskegee Airmen Family and Friends (TAFF) will donate historical artifacts and memorabilia to the Tuskegee University Archives.

• Lists specific donated artifacts including a photo album by Robert Olivia of Ramitelli Air Field images, Myron Wilson's pilot log book and wings, German and American artillery shells, a bronze statue of Howard Baugh, and personal letters from Spanky Roberts.
