Invalidates driver licenses issued by other states exclusively to undocumented immigrants unable to prove lawful presence in the United States when operating motor vehicles in Alabama.

Includes licenses substantially similar to standard licenses but marked to indicate the holder did not prove lawful presence.

Requires law enforcement to issue citations for driving with an invalid license under this provision or without a valid license.

Directs the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to maintain a website list of out-of-state license classes invalid in Alabama.

Amends Section 32-6-2 to deny nonresident exemptions from Alabama driver license requirements if their out-of-state license is invalid under this law, effective October 1, 2024.
