Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors under Chapter 36 of Title 34, Code of Alabama 1975, until October 1, 2025.

Prohibits the issuance of new provisional electrical contractor licenses effective upon the bill's enactment.

Permits holders of active provisional electrical contractor licenses to continue annual renewals by submitting a completed application, application fee, and documentation of a valid local license or permit.

Clarifies that provisional electrical contractor licenses do not expand geographical boundaries beyond those imposed by the local license or permit issuing county or municipality.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
