Proposes constitutional amendment to repeal and replace Section 36.06 of the Alabama Constitution to establish an individual right to make reproductive decisions including contraception, fertility treatment, pregnancy continuation, miscarriage care, and abortion.

Prohibits the state from burdening, penalizing, prohibiting, or discriminating against individuals exercising reproductive rights unless using the least restrictive means to advance the individual's health according to evidence-based standards of care.

Allows the state to prohibit abortion only after fetal viability, defined as the point when the fetus has a significant likelihood of survival outside the uterus with reasonable measures, determined on a case-by-case basis by the treating physician.

Prevents the state from prohibiting abortion if the treating physician determines it is necessary to protect the pregnant patient's life or health.

Amendment becomes effective upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election held in accordance with existing Alabama election laws.
