Extends the dissolution date of the Study Commission on Interagency Cooperation and Collaboration on the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Formerly Incarcerated Individuals from the fifth legislative day of the 2023 Regular Session to the tenth legislative day of the 2025 Regular Session.

Adds two at-large members appointed by the commission chair to the existing membership structure, which includes legislative members, state agency officials, a district attorney, and others.

Requires the commission to continue meeting at least monthly and report findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Legislature before standing dissolved.

Caps commission expenses at $5,000 total, paid from funds appropriated to the Legislature, with retroactive effect to the fifth legislative day of the 2024 Regular Session.

Makes the act effective immediately while providing that legislative members receive compensation, per diem, and travel expenses according to Section 49 of the Alabama Constitution.
