Adopts and incorporates 2023 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-15B, 16A-20, and 22-22A, plus 2024 Replacement Volumes 16, 21, and 21A into the Code of Alabama 1975.

Adopts 2023 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes (22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F, 22G, 22H, 22I, 22J, 22K, 22L, and 22M) containing laws enacted during 2023 special and regular sessions.

Makes five technical corrections: corrects "Cultivatars" to "Cultivars" in Section 20-2A-62; deletes Section 22-24-12 as repealed by Act 2023-444; deletes Section 27-17A-2 due to scrivener's error in Act 2023-94; corrects language in Section 26-10E-19 to conform to federal law; and redesignates Section 45-22-100.07 as Section 45-22A-40.

Declares Thomson Reuters certified discharge of duties to edit and publish replacement volumes without substantive changes, making only nonsubstantive corrections for reference changes, typographical errors, and grammatical issues.

Specifies that adoption does not affect any 2024 session statutes and directs Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of supplements and replacement volumes; becomes effective immediately.
