Expands "work loss" compensation under Alabama Crime Victims Compensation to include loss of income for victims of human trafficking resulting from being exploited.

Authorizes Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission members to receive up to $250 per day for time spent performing commission duties, in addition to existing $250 per day compensation for meeting attendance.

Modifies commission membership diversity requirements to ensure board reflects racial, gender, and economic diversity of the state.

Becomes effective October 1, 2024.
