Proposes an amendment to Section 28-2.00 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022 to authorize the Legislature to fix, regulate, and alter court costs and charges in Etowah County by general or local law.

Proceeds from court costs in Etowah County circuit court and county court shall be used for establishing, equipping, maintaining, or operating a public law library and related personnel salaries.

Ratifies, validates, and confirms all court costs and charges previously collected in Etowah County prior to the amendment's ratification.

Amendment requires approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in an election conducted according to state election laws.

Code Commissioner shall make nonsubstantive revisions to capitalization, spelling, punctuation, and citations upon ratification of the amendment.
