• Alters and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Semmes in Mobile County by adding two parcels of territory to the municipality.

• Parcel One begins at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Revised West Moffett Commercial Park Subdivision and includes commercial property along Schillinger Road North with multiple directional boundary segments totaling 847.24 feet to the point of beginning.

• Parcel Two begins at the Northeast corner of Lot 48, Revised West Moffett Commercial Park Subdivision and extends through multiple subdivisions and roads including Moffett Road, Oaktree Drive, and Schillinger Road North, completing a complex boundary loop.

• A map showing the proposed territory alterations is filed and available for public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Mobile County, Alabama, per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6.

• Act becomes effective October 1, 2024.
