Reduces the deadline for political parties to certify candidates from 82 days to 74 days before a general election to accommodate national political party conventions scheduled after state filing deadlines.

Changes the deadline for the Secretary of State to certify nominees to judges of probate from 74 days to 69 days before the general election.

Adjusts the notification deadline for candidates declining nominations from 76 days to 71 days before primary and general elections.

Modifies the presidential elector nomination deadline from the 82nd day preceding the election to 74 days before the election date.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
