Amends Alabama Code Section 45-48-161 to restructure Tennessee Valley Authority in-lieu-of-taxes payment distribution for Marshall County

Allocates 25% of total payments to five school boards (Marshall County, Arab City, Guntersville City, Albertville City, and Boaz) on a per-pupil basis

Sets aside 4% of remaining funds or $200,000 (whichever is greater) for Marshall County Legislative Delegation Office operations, with unused funds available for education or economic development

Dedicates specific allocations from remaining funds to economic development ($232,000), school resource officers ($30,000), mental health services ($50,000), ambulance services for cities, arts programs, and domestic violence services

Takes effect June 1, 2024
