Schedules nine sunset law bills for consideration that continue various professional licensing and regulatory boards until October 1, 2028, including boards for heating/air conditioning contractors, alcoholic beverages, funeral services, real estate, court reporting, and psychology examiners.

Includes sunset law bills continuing the Alabama Electronic Security Board of Licensure, Alabama Private Investigation Board (until October 1, 2026), and Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (until October 1, 2026).

Schedules SB137 to terminate the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy pursuant to sunset law and replace it with the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board.
