Designates the following business as special and paramount order, taking precedence over regular order: House Messages, Reports from Standing Committees, Motions and Resolutions, and Introduction of Bills.

Schedules SB115 (State Licensing Board for General Contractors) for continuation until October 1, 2027, without modification under the Sunset Law.

Schedules SB146 (Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators) for continuation until October 1, 2026, under the Sunset Law.

Schedules SB122 (Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors) for continuation until October 1, 2026, with modification to provide for a provisional license under the Sunset Law.
