Increases seafood dealer licensure fees in Alabama: $465 for residents (previously $200) and $730 for nonresidents (previously $400), with reciprocal pricing for states charging Alabama residents more than $730.

Reduces fee to $265 for state residents who possess a valid commercial fishing license under Section 9-12-113.

Increases vehicle license fee for seafood dealers from $100 to $333 per vehicle.

Requires the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to remit $200 annually from each seafood dealer license fee to Sweet Grown Alabama nonprofit corporation for promotion of the state's seafood products.

Updates criminal penalties for unlicensed seafood dealing to include Class A misdemeanor charges with mandatory fines up to $5,000 and jail time of 10-30 days for third and subsequent offenses.

Effective October 1, 2025.
