Continues the existence and functioning of the State Board of Podiatry until October 1, 2029, under the Alabama Sunset Law.

Preserves Sections 34-24-230 to 34-24-276 of the Code of Alabama 1975 governing the board's creation and operations.

Requires the Governor to appoint seven board members who are U.S. citizens, Alabama residents over age 25, with at least five years of continuous podiatry practice in the state.

Mandates that beginning June 1, 2025, as board member terms expire, one member must reside in and be appointed from each of Alabama's seven congressional districts.

Becomes effective June 1, 2025; passed by the House on February 6, 2025, and the Senate on April 9, 2025.
