Continues the Alabama Licensure Board for Interpreters and Transliterators until October 1, 2027, under the Alabama Sunset Law.

Maintains the nine-member board composition: four certified interpreters/transliterators (one from educational setting), three deaf or hard of hearing members, and two at-large members.

Requires board appointments to include one member residing in and appointed from each congressional district, with remaining members appointed from the state at-large, effective June 1, 2025, as current terms expire.

Board members must be U.S. citizens and Alabama residents; appointments should reflect racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state.

Becomes effective on June 1, 2025.
