• Renames the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center Commission, effective October 1, 2025, with all existing rights and property transferring to the renamed entity.

• Adds the Governor as an ex officio nonvoting member of the commission whose absence does not affect quorum.

• Changes member term lengths from mixed four and eight-year terms to uniform six-year terms with a limit of two full consecutive terms, effective October 1, 2025.

• Authorizes interested public and private partners to provide facilities for U.S. Space and Rocket Center exhibits and specifies the commission's treasury operates outside the State Treasury.

• Exempts historical artifacts held by the commission from the biannual personal property inventory audit conducted by the State Auditor's Property Inventory Control Division.
