• Establishes staggered three-year terms for committee members with specific appointment procedures: one CRNP seat filled from the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama (term beginning October 1, 2025), one CRNP seat from the Alabama State Nurses Association (term beginning October 1, 2025), and one CNM seat from the American College of Nurse-Midwives affiliate (term beginning October 1, 2026).
