Amends Section 12-16-63 of the Alabama Code to add nursing mothers as a category eligible for jury duty exemption.

Requires nursing mothers seeking exemption to provide the court with a written statement of nursing status and a birth certificate or government document/medical record certifying the birth of the child.

Individuals excused under this provision are exempt from jury service for 24 months, after which they may be directed to reappear for jury service at the court's discretion.

Does not affect the individual's right to one automatic postponement under Section 12-16-63.1.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025; the act is titled "Parker's Law."
