Applies only to Calhoun County and amends coroner compensation effective June 1, 2025, updating reference dates from May 6, 2009 to May 31, 2025.

Increases coroner's expense allowance from $5,000 to $20,000 per annum, payable bi-weekly, commencing June 1, 2025.

Establishes base annual salary increase of $54,750 for coroner commencing January 18, 2027, at which time all other expense allowances become void.

Increases compensation for up to two assistant coroners from $4,800 to $6,100 annually.

Repeals Section 45-8-60 of the Code of Alabama 1975 relating to the prior compensation structure for Calhoun County coroner.
