Prohibits any person from knowingly injecting, releasing, or dispersing chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within or above Alabama for the purpose of affecting weather.

Weather modification activities that are prohibited include those intended to affect temperature or the intensity of sunlight.

The prohibition applies to activities conducted by any means within or above the state.

The act becomes effective on October 1, 2025.
