Presidential primary elections remain scheduled for the first Tuesday in March.

Runoff primary elections continue to be held on the fourth Tuesday following the initial primary election.

Special primary elections follow procedures established by gubernatorial proclamation or other law, with runoffs held on the fourth Tuesday after the special primary.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage.
